As an adoptee with advanced degrees in Psychology and specialized training in Dyadic- Developmental Psychotherapy and in Postpartum Mental Health with 33 years of intense clinical training, I have spent countless hours sitting with adoptees who finally have language for what they have always felt - and with adoptive parents who are ready to do the real work of truly seeing their child.

I created AdopteeU because I lived what I now teach.

AdopteeU exists to change the adoption narrative - from the adoptee out. Through a mind-body informed, research-grounded lens, I create resources for adoptees ready to understand their story, adoptive parents willing to examine their own, and practitioners committed to serving this community with the depth that it deserves.
